These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adviso Labs website at advisolabs.com and our lead-generation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Adviso Labs provides managed outbound and appointment-setting services for CPA and tax firms. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us.

Free pilot

We may offer a limited 30-day pilot at no cost to a small number of firms. Pilot availability, eligibility, and scope are at our discretion and may change or end at any time. A pilot does not create an obligation for either party to enter a paid engagement.

Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You must be authorized to engage our services on behalf of your firm.
• You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed to run campaigns.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach and client relationships, including professional and anti-spam regulations.

No guarantee of results

We work to deliver qualified meetings, but we do not guarantee any specific number of introductions, meetings, clients, or revenue. Any figures shared are illustrative, not promises of results.

Fees & payment

Fees for paid engagements are described in your separate agreement and are due as stated there. Except where required by law or expressly agreed, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, branding, and graphics — is owned by Adviso Labs and may not be copied or reused without permission. Materials we provide to you (such as templates and scripts) are licensed for your firm’s internal use only.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s non-public information and use it only to perform under these Terms or a related agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adviso Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for misuse.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adviso Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
