Data Engineer
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure behind our partner-matching and signal systems. Working remotely and asynchronously with our research and operations teams, you will ensure clean, reliable data flows that power every qualified introduction we make.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing counterparty and market data
- Build and optimize internal tools and databases used for matching, scoring, and routing decisions
- Collaborate with the research team to integrate new data sources and improve signal quality
- Monitor data pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and implement alerting
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems
- Build scoring models that evaluate counterparty fit based on industry, timing, and prior network activity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and schema design
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team
Relationship Manager
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to own and develop partner and counterparty relationships across our network. Fully remote, this role sits at the center of our operations — you will be the primary point of contact for principals across time zones, responsible for managing expectations, assessing mutual fit, and ensuring introductions are timed and positioned correctly.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of active counterparty relationships across multiple verticals
- Coordinate introductions between parties, ensuring alignment on timing, intent, and strategic fit
- Conduct intake calls and assessments to qualify new network participants
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, mandates, and outcomes in internal systems
- Provide regular reporting on relationship health, pipeline status, and introduction outcomes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or client-facing advisory roles
- Background in professional services, finance, consulting, or private markets preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Comfortable operating with discretion and handling confidential information
Research Analyst
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
We are looking for a Research Analyst to support our introduction decisions with deep, actionable intelligence. Working remotely, you will research industries, companies, and individuals to assess strategic relevance and timing — providing the foundation for every introduction we make.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on target companies, industries, and market conditions
- Build and maintain profiles on counterparties, including organizational structure, key decision-makers, and strategic priorities
- Monitor industry news, funding rounds, executive movements, and other signals relevant to timing
- Prepare briefing documents and research summaries for the relationship and operations teams
- Identify patterns and opportunities across the network that may inform new introductions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise outputs
- Familiarity with business databases, CRM tools, and open-source intelligence methods
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Genuine curiosity about markets, companies, and how business relationships work
